You can answer the survey on your computer, mobile phone or tablet. The survey is based on plans shown on a map, which is easiest to view on a large screen. The survey works best on the Chrome browser. 

The survey is carried out by Turun Raitiotie Oy in accordance with strict privacy and data protection. The survey does not collect precise personal data, and it is not possible to identify or connect individual respondents to the answers. At the end of the survey, we ask the respondent’s age and municipality of residence to learn more about who our survey has reached. 

The colours shown on the map are explained on the second page of the survey.  

How to comment on the preliminary street plans: 

1. Use the arrow buttons at the bottom of the page to move between pages. 
2. Zoom in to view an area closer on the map. Use the plus (+) and minus (-) buttons to zoom in and out. To move around, press and drag your cursor in the direction you want to go. On a mobile devices, use your fingers to zoom in and out and to move around on the map. Select the magnifying glass icon to open a box where you can type an address to move the map to that address. 
3. Select the topic of your feedback from the buttons. The topics are tram stops, pedestrians, cyclists, cars and green spaces. If you have a comment on another topic, you can add it on the map from the ‘other’ button. 
4. Place the marker on the map as close as possible to the location which your feedback concerns. 
5. Type in your feedback. 
6. Add the number of comments you want by repeating steps 1 to 4. 
7. Once you have submitted your feedback, proceed in the survey to the questions on your background information. 
8. When you’re ready, press Done to submit your comments.
